The six studio interiors from 2005 and 2006, in a private collection, are precursors of the current work that combines painting and photography. Works 1,2 and four are direct paintings and 3, 5 and 6 are digital reworkings that are printed and then painted in sections. In the past several years I have been adding photography to that approach, still intrigued by multiple expressions that grow out of a repeated composition.
